Profoundly disappointing.
The small lady with heart tattoo could be more friendly Second time ive been helped by her and she isn’t very kind Kindness goes a long way in customer service . Been in the buisness for 15 years as a server and in the spaces I worked out being disgruntled to customer wouldnt fly. I offer some advice suggestin she soften a her approach I would have no issues tipping fairly and even more than fair if these bars were hit I don’t want anyone to get in trouble for this.. so please just take this as a kind suggestion.
We are from Loveland, and met a friend from Boulder at Pica's on Arapahoe, under his recommendation. We were pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious with fresh ingredients. They were the best burritos we had ever had! And there were many other delicious offerings on their menu. All authentic recipes. Next time we are in Boulder we will be visiting again!
