This weekend my daughter bought a dumpling squishy, she opened it while we were there and it was defective, leaving toxic sparkly goo everywhere, she promptly went back (less than 30 mins later with receipt, bag and full packaging) and they refused to exchange it. Said its a blind box item and not returnable. She has 10 of these from other stores and we suspect it's a knockoff as they are pretty durable. Horrible service.
i have been to this store many times. its a great place to shop for cute stuff but today when i went to pica pica this day i saw these pokemon cards and when i was checking out my items i asked this guy that was working if they were real or not because the pokemon cards were about 13$. obviously i asked because i didnt know if they were legit and pokemon are hard to find nowadays. the dude was like “yeah..?” and said it in such a rude tone and i was appalled. like im sorry i didn’t know asking a question that i was wondering... read more

I Had a good time here. Cashier waved hello - and I waved back - maybe my heart is begining to open. Everything is a smidge over priced but it's worth it to find one item someone might like. Mall rent prime space is probably very high. Keep that in mind when you do purchase here. They provide some cute items you can't find other places so- pay the two extra bucks and support small business. I recommend this place and will be returning!
I luv this store. It was originally authentic collection sets from Japan. The workers there are super friendly and specially the old lady that is very knowledgeable.
