Called in to Pica HVAC emergency line after hours for a no heat call. The young man who answered said he could have someone there within the hour. When I asked him to have the technician call when they arrive so I can let him in the basement door to not wake my 6 month old, he did not hesitate and actually arrived there himself in 10-15 minutes. tankless water heater was dropping temperature overnight. their guy came and assured me everything tested fine. did not fix problem. they wanted more money to come back....good luck with that.
I had Pica HVac to my home 5 x in order to fix issues with my heat. After the fifth time, I left a message for the owner to call me. He had his administrative staff call me and ask me what it was about. He has refused to call me back and is doesn’t stand by the work performed by his staff. I world NOT recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
Best hvac company in Scranton.Called them this morning cause my heater broke down,spoke to them at 8:30 guys were there and done by 11:30.Thanks Pica! Highly recommend them.
