The guy who comes to service our (two oil burning furnaces) is excellent and nice. They are clean, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure everything works great— all for a very decent and fair price. We even had a problem at an odd time on a weekend, and they were extremely responsive and took care of our problem immediately. They know their stuff for new and old equipment and we couldn’t be happier with their service!
We have an R-22 older air handler and condenser fan. It failed and in the middle of summer we had no AC. We called Pica while we were on vacation. Before Pica, we had called several other companies. Everyone had said that if you fix the problem it may not last more than a month. As of this post, the repair work has held. Thank you Coudy (if spelled correctly) and the Pica team. You have earned my respect.
Stay away from this company. I was looking to upgrade my house with new propane heating and they sent me totally incompetent person with a measuring tape.... He could not suggest or explain anything. I an mot sure if he was the best what they had or they just snubbed me because I am a woman. Anyway I had very disgusting experience with this company.
