Similar to other bad reviews the company sold me hundreds of dollars worth of defective products and refused to abide by their warranty and support. All less than 60 days old. Stay away.
No option for zero stars or that is what I would have rated. Opened pic product (light/Bluetooth/mosquito trap) combination, and light and Bluetooth functions dont work. Called company and was told out of warranty even tho new out of box. 60 days not much of a warranty for a product received for Christmas gift and bugs dont show up till summer. Would not recommend purchasing ******** products based on my experience with product quality and customer service.

Purchased their "Simple Set Mouse Traps" only to witness minutes after setting them that the traps aren't strong enough to stay open on their own. They are poorly constructed so they go off because there's not enough tension to keep the traps open. I reset them and found the bait eaten with no caught mouse because of such a poor and clearly untested design. A waste of time and money.
Letter to the . PIC Company: 10-24-18: I bought your “Fly Paper” I warmed the canister in between my hands because the previous three did not unwind well I still had trouble uncoiling this paper I gave up on the fifth one out of the box and just decided to hang it coiled It fell and landed on my hair I had to rip it out of my hair and a lot of hair came out with it This is the worst designed product I have ever bought in my entire life It's dangerous The sticky substance got on my hands too even thought I tried not get any o... read more
