Well , amazingly delicious. I had the 2 meat dinner with the Ribs and the brisket. Absolutely heavenly. For the 2 sides , the coleslaw and the potato salad are fresh and homemade. One can make out the difference in the freshness of the items . Definitely recommend pibbs rib shack. Suggestion, Some popular items can be out of stock very soon , so be there before 1 pm.
It only gets a default 3 stars for atmosphere because its truly a shack. Actually a food truck. But dont shy away. Best ribs I have had in a long time. Tins of meat, tender and moist. This was my forst time there and I have seen it for over two years I have lived here. Decided to give it a shot and was not disappointed. Best Ribs in town . You can taste the quality at Pibbs , there ribs and soulfood are awesome !!! Beautiful bark, nice snap, flavors are always on point rightly seasoned . Brisket is excellent there as well. Great side options, mac and cheese, baked beans, potato salad. Looking forward to my next visit.
My husband and I just bought from them, absolutely delicious! I was licking my fingers clean the ribs and sides were fantastic, as a potato salad lover I was hesitant but glad I went with it! I recommend trying all of their sauces!
