I am the owner of a 2020 Volkswagen Jetta. I've been getting my car serviced at this location for over a year. I've had work done under warranty and outside of the warranty in at least 4-5 times with in the past 7-8 months. Visits occurring on 09/03/2024, 10/05/2024, 10/28/2024, 01/09/2025, 03/27/2025 and the most recent 06/18/2025. The visit which occurred on 01/09/2025 I complained about an oil leak and the service advisor "Frank Indelicato" stated they found the problem, and it involved the transmission.
