I called over a month ago to have someone come out to check my septic tank because my pump was not pumping and sewage was backing up into my yard. The lady I spoke to said she would see when they could get to me and call me back and let me know. Two days later I hadn’t heard anything so I called back and she told me they had not scheduled me yet but when they did she would call and let me know. Would have gave zero stars. Called them back on they mess up. And they denied it. They don’t come out to face up to what they messed up. When the guy did come he said he did the job but still denied the damage. It Caused water damage to the inside of my house because they cut a pipe to my French drain. I would NOT recommend THESE liars. I’m happy I didn’t pay for that job but I have to pay for the messed up damages they caused. This Guy was great didnt try to up sale me showed up identified the problem. Fixed the problem and left will be using them in the near future.

This is the 3rd time we've needed a plumber since moving to our new (old) house. We've called Piazza each time and could not be more pleased with their service. Their work ethic is excellent. Their rates are very competitive with no surprises at the end of the job. They are punctual, professional and extremely hard working. We highly recommend Piazza for your plumbing needs.
