Great condo complex, very good location and amenities. The pool area was just renovated. The common areas are clean and well maintained. Justin the building manager is excellent and responds promptly to inquiries.
Great condo complex, very good location and amenities. The pool area was just renovated. The common areas are clean and well maintained. Justin the building manager is excellent and responds promptly to inquiries.
Recent construction to the pool area has been extremely disruptive. Since the end of October, I've been greeted at 8 am on weekdays by a fresh cacophony of jackhammering, drilling, and hammering. Noises can last up to 6 hours each day while I work from home. Noise canceling headphones don't work, as I can feel the apartment vibrating around me. The construction is scheduled to last 6-7 months. I'm moving out, but I believe unwitting potential tenants have a right to know what they're signing up for.
