I had a bad experience in your restaurant that involved bad food and bad service. Now someone affiliated with your company is harassing me on Yelp which further solidifies the unsettling feeling I had in interacting with your staff. Overall you have a poor approach to customer service.
Had a wonderful experience with my guests in from out of the country. The customer service/ servers were THERE but not intrusive. Managers (and owner) checked on the table Food was wonderful. Truly a delightful experience! Highly recommend....I will be returning soon!
Great menu, true Italian dishes! Can't go wrong. The decor is out of Italy, you will be transported!
