My experience was very good, I had a great sales person and Finance Mgr who explained everything in detail to me.
We only waited one hour to have our car repaired today. All previous appointments took two hours or more. One or one and a half hours are acceptable wait times. Over 1 and a half hours to wait is not acceptable for just ordinary repairs, such as an oil change. The service writers today were very helpful and courteous. This is not always the case with other service writers we have had during previous appointments. You should give special recognition the two writers working today.
Imagine buying a brand new car and then finding out 9 months later that 2 of the tires need to be replaced. Not because the tread is worn. Not because there’s too many miles on them. But because there are “tire bubbles” on the sides of the 2 front tires for which you are being blamed for causing by “impact”. Except there has been no “impact” of sorts on the two tires.
