Impossible to get a timely appointment. 2 weeks out for inspection is unacceptable. Last year it was even longer to schedule an oil change. Thought by now they would have hired enough staff to handle the volume of work.
Took my vehicle in for scheduled service and recall repairs. The service only required a tire rotation, which they billed me for but DID NOT actually do. I know this because I noted the location of the tires and they were the same after the service appointment. I will not be returning to this dealership in the future.
They couldn't fix my car, and neither could they explain what was going on.
I have always been nervous about buying cars and I have felt pressured in the past by other dealers. At Piazza? It’s such a different atmosphere and everyone is so understanding and genuinely nice. I have never met so many salespeople that were actually looking to sell a good vehicle rather than just sell a vehicle.
