Terrible parking. Office full of rude and liars for staff. Do NOT move here. Plenty of other apartments with better quality!
Quiet community with friendly and helpful staff. Yes, parking can be a bit challenging, but the property now offers reserved parking spots via a user-friendly app. The live/work spaces are great for those that run their business from home, or for individuals who are fully virtual. Centrally located to the mall, shopping center, and grocery stores. Also close to the main gate of Camp Pendleton. I appreciate that they are a dog friendly community.
Scheduled an appointment and received all the emails verifying the tour. Also got an email 2 hours prior to confirm. Showed up and Sophia said I had to reschedule because she had to go on a lunch break. No other appointments thay we can make and they're closed tomorrow. I hope their housing office isnt run the same as the leasing office.
Would give zero if I could. Overpriced, no parking, lack of communication with staff, plumbing problems. Terrible.
Had two separate scheduled appointments, but when I showed up, I was told nothing was available. Management is disorganized and lacks communication, though the neighborhood looks nice from the outside.
