Moved out May 31st 2026. These apartments are horrible, we were lied to from the start. The place is not maintained, landscapers are there once a month. The pool is not maintained. The pool furniture is horrible falling apart and just disgusting. We witnessed several parties with over 40 people with alcohol involved to include adults, throwing up in the pool. Recently much more of a hood vibe, engines revvin, bass rides, double parked, and dirty looks are on the rise. Otherwise great. Small stop sign is run constantly no speed bumps, lots of aggressive drivers .Feel like low income is increasing not sure. Illegal red curbs add to the challenges for those needing parking. Pools nice, furniture old. Cleaning lady is awesome. Keeps it nice, constantly cleaning up after those with kids and no class. My direct neighbors are all Cool. Terrible parking. Office full of rude and liars for staff. Do NOT move here. Plenty of other apartments with better quality!
Quiet community with friendly and helpful staff. Yes, parking can be a bit challenging, but the property now offers reserved parking spots via a user-friendly app. The live/work spaces are great for those that run their business from home, or for individuals who are fully virtual. Centrally located to the mall, shopping center, and grocery stores. Also close to the main gate of Camp Pendleton. I appreciate that they are a dog friendly community.
Scheduled an appointment and received all the emails verifying the tour. Also got an email 2 hours prior to confirm. Showed up and Sophia said I had to reschedule because she had to go on a lunch break. No other appointments thay we can make and they're closed tomorrow. I hope their housing office isnt run the same as the leasing office.
