Bad communication, the lot looks post apocalyptic and the cars were dirty to match. Horrible experience - specifically referring to the Genesis/Hyundai lot.
Poor communication is why this dealership lost a sale. They're friendly in person but when following up later, they ignore texts, emails, and voice mails. Their loss. I dont rush into buying and try to learn about models/trims and pricing changes. Sorry Im not a mazda expert. Even a sales manager blew me off. Not cool.
