I'm not reviewing the kitchen. Only the management!!!! This was the second time I've tried to eat here. First was about a month ago. Their website, and the sign in the window, said they were open until 10:30 PM. We got there at 9:30 and the place was locked up tight. Tonight I called first and spoke to a pleasant lady on the phone and asked if they were still serving She said "yes, until 10:30". I'd say that my Easter Sunday was ruined by the meal at Piatto Grill but we never got to sit. Arriving at 2:55PM for a 3PM reservation I was told by the hostess (once I found the girl) that it would be 10 minutes, which I knew was a flat out lie by the number of people waiting in the bar area and the general confusion... At 3:30PM we bailed and when we walked out, there had to be another 20-30 people milling around outside the front door.
