Piatti Denver – Cherry Creek is currently open for curbside pick-up or delivery via Postmates and Doordash. In early March (pre COVID-19) Bob and I joined a friend for dinner at Piatti in Cherry Creek. Piatti has been a Cherry Creek landmark for many years. We used to love dining here. We chose this restaurant for Valentines Day and were very disappointed. The specials were spinach tagliatelle with shrimp and chopped spinach, and a filet with veggies. Very uninspired. My favorite dish, the tagliatelle with mushroom ragu was dry, and the pasta was overcooked. The ruby red cosmo and old fashioned were excellent.
