It was very obvious that the sales guy did not want to assist us. Very short with his answers and did not want to show us other layouts. Very unhappy with this DR Horton location.
My family and I were blessed of having Mike Anderson take care of us. Awesome human being, you can tell since the first time you meet him that he loves what he does. From start to finish he was there for everything we needed. Will recommend him 1000%.
We had an excellent experience while purchasing a house in Piatt Preserve , Delaware , Ohio. Chelsea and Jim both went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible . The staff genuinely cares about doing right by the customer . Chelsea was very professional and helpful with all aspects . Jim was thorough with explaining everything about the house and took care of issues promptly .
