I can not recommend this “dentist”, her staff or their office procedures. They lack professionalism and are completely too green to be operating a dentist office. Also, if you do not enjoy millennial arrogance with a lovely dash of passive aggression, look elsewhere.
Dr. Wenzel is incredible! She did a fantastic job of explaining her background and the plan for my dental care. I usually do not like the dentist but her and her team made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. They have the latest and greatest equipment in the office. If you are looking for a new dentist, she is definitely the right one!
Was surprised to learn my dentist of 20yrs was retiring and handing over reigns to a new dentist whom I was yet to visit. As luck would have it before I could make it to my next scheduled cleaning I developed a pain of a toothache that I hadn't experienced since i was 8yrs old. I had 2 appointments one week apart. I received an excessive amount of texts and phone calls from them for 2 weeks. I requested that they limit this and send a basic reminder the day before or day of because repeatedly messaging and calling was an issue. I informed them that I’m great at using my phone calendar to alert me of upcoming appointments.
