I have a new therapist at a different practice for another purpose, but Tara at PCMH was the first therapist that was able to genuinely help me. I learned a lot with Tara’s help and was able to make strides. The few interactions I had over the phone with other staff were pleasant, never had an issue. Mainly reviewing to recommend Tara if you’re needing a good therapist.

Older receptionist is too arrogant and sensitive to even interact with people that have mental issues. Other staff has a problem following up with people that are reaching out for help. After 5 weeks of not hearing back from them I showed up to see what was up. Triggered by receptionist again. Finally got a call from a therapist a week later. Disappointing! Started as a wonderful program! Unfortunately as time passed we began to see that this program does not provide the appropriate services! Clients are treated horribly. If they are on the lower spectrum, they are ignored and left to fend for themselves.

My experience with this place has been amazing. You walk in and are greeted by the most friendly receptionist. I see Janet for guidance, and she is just absolutely amazing. She’s so kind hearted and positive and friendly. She makes you feel absolutely at home, and totally comfortable to talk openly about concerns. I can’t recommend her highly enough. They are so well organized and so professional. They are a wonderful place to go!
