Has THE best bathrooms. I make the 40 minute drive to the restaurant just to use their restroom. It's just so clean...and spacious... The food's also pretty good too! I wish they served duck more often though :( I had it off of the specials menu once and it was delightful and I've been waiting for it to pop up on there again.
I love Pia's and have eaten here so many times. Tonight I ate here and had a not so great experience with the food. The kitchen messed up our order and several other tables around us. When my pasta was delivered to the table the food runner said it was whole wheat pasta, so we sent it back and said it had to be gluten free. The server returned to the table moments later assuring me it was gluten free & my dish wasn't messes up, just the other dish at the table...Sadly for me it was not gluten free & I am paying the price ton... read more
Wonderful dinner with fantastic service by Frankie. So much to try and share and everything tasted incredibly fresh and great. Thank you to Pia and Frankie for a very memorable dining experience.
My mouth waters just thinking about it. The fresh Bruschetta, my favorite specials were a Carpaccio of beef appetizer with a horseradish sauce we were eating with a spoon in was so good. (and they did not like horseradish!!!) And a Tenderloin on beef that was (I believe, shallot and tarragon butter infused) OMG to die for. I hope that both of those make it to REGULARS on the menu. But if not, I try other things, that always surprise me. But I have come to expect perfection...and it always is.
Pia's has been our favorite restaurant for years now! We just recently had our wedding rehearsal dinner held indoors here with 31 guests. Pia was AMAZING at accommodating us in every single way - and the food and service was the best we've ever had! Each one of our guests couldn't stop talking about the food and atmosphere - not a SINGLE complaint! =)
