Sam went above and beyond! I needed a very specific European piano bench in a rare color and he was able to get it done. He was patient and answered all of my questions, providing photos and all of the specifics needed to order with confidence. Thank you for the excellent customer service, Sam!
My boys and I had a wonderful experience at PianoWorks. Pam, who is also a piano teacher, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful as we looked a variety of uprights and grands, new and used.. We also loved talking to Sam, the GM, about the history and craftsmanship of the Bosendorfer line. We went with a Seiler piano, which sounds amazing. We will be PianoWorks customers for life.

Best Piano store in the south
