Best music/piano store in Georgia! Very professional/helpful staff
EXCELLent!
We bought a beautiful 34 year old K Kawai grand from Sam and he spent an unbelievable amount of time answering every conceivable question we had, gave us a tour of the hand crafted rebuild facilities and made sure we got the exact piano that best suited our needs. Then 6 months later we found a key top had cracked, called pianoworks and Chris offered to completely replace every key top under the store warranty for a 34 year old piano, just so they all would match, even drove 1.5 hrs one way to remove the keyboard, and anothe... read more
