Great store with a staff that is attentive and helpful. The nice young person behind the register yesterday greeted me right when I walked in and got up and specifically found the sheet music I wanted. I’ll be back!

I purchased a piano from PianoWorks in August 2024 after being in communication with them for over a decade. I was impressed by every interaction I had with them, and when it was time to purchase, I knew my piano would come from their showroom. Their floor selection had a sample from every manufacturer I wanted to try, and the level of preparation I experienced was the best of any dealer I visited.
