We used Pianova's service to assess whether it was worth the time and expense to restoredan old, moldy, out of tune, old upright piano, with broken strings. Ryan was honest, thorough, cleary an expert, and he helped to guide us through a total overhaul of this beloved piano. He was on time, friendly, professional. My piano sounds so much better! Highly recommend.
It was a real pleasure to have Ryan Sowers out to service my piano. He was prompt and friendly and took time to explain some about how the piano worked to my kids. He even had some spare piano hammers that he gave to them! Its great to find someone that is so enthusiastic about what they do. Best of all he played a wonderful mini-concert after the tuning.
