Good customer service and very helpful
Wish there was an option for zero stars I do not know how this company has good reviews at all!! Maybe for moving just pianos, but we used them for a long distance move. Worst experience ever!! Terrible customer service, pictures show them wrapping items, which was not done at all,( the only items not damaged in some way were the items i personally wrapped up) The truck as to small they brought, (mind you a rep came out to determine need) the second truck took a month to get, multiple items were missing or damaged.
