one of the employees of this company (who we did not hire, our roommate did) hit my boyfriend in the face after making a fuss for us to come move our cars. completely disgusting and unprofessional. would not recommend!!
Great experience. Bob was so helpful as a Penske Truck Rental Agent. He taught me how to navigate and pull a car trailer. When I was having difficulty in Texas, I called Bob and he walked me through the process of disconnecting the trailer. D C Moore is terrific!
