I have been a customer of Piano Crafters for years. I have dealt with staff at both their Newnan and Marietta locations. They have done servicing for me on a used upright I owned and they were who I went to when I purchased my new baby grand a few years back. I have experienced nothing but very reasonable prices, professionalism, a very knowledgeable, friendly staff, the utmost in customer care, and most importantly they never pressured into buying/repairing anything until I was ready! I bought a piano from the Marietta store in February and the instrument was damaged when it was delivered. After several phone calls and countless excuses, the company has yet to repair the piano or replace it. The "repairman" that came out to look at the piano, even damaged it more. Beware of this company!! Save yourself a lot of trouble and go somewhere else.
