Amazing and seamless experience getting our piano tuned with Piano Craft. They were accommodating to my schedule on a busy Saturday and made it work, getting a tuning scheduled that same day. It was my first time getting a piano tuned so I was definetly a bit nervous as the piano wasnt mine, but Joel did an amazing job, allowed me to sit and watch the whole tuning, explaining as he went. Jim was very knowledgeable. He sold us exactly what we wanted/needed and didn’t try to upsell us with some more expensive. Would definitely recommend for all your piano buying needs!
