La pizza es deliciosa.... Pero la atención al cliente es horrible .. Nose cuantas personas atienden en ese lugar .. pero hace mas de media hora pedi una pizza a las 5:50 mas o menos y al ver que no llega el delivery ya 6:50 pm llame para saber sobre mi pedido y resulta que no lo habían echo q xq ella creía que yo iba a recoger del local.. luego me dice un precio y luego me dicen otro y luego voy a llamar haber cuanto es del delivery y me asienta la llamada ... Y todo esto en un tono horrible HAY GENTE QUE NO NACE PARA ESTO
The restaurant called 10 minutes prior to expected delivery time to confirm address and then they canceled the delivery for being outside their delivery area. During the ordering process on their website, the address is confirmed and a notice is given that due to falling outside of the normal delivery area, they charge an extra fee. Well I ordered via Instacart who has orders delivered through uber eats and I noticed my order was taking longer than usual so I called the restaurant to be spoken to as if the lady had better things to do than help me figure out where’s my order after I was told numerous times the business isn’t on Instacart and I’m trying to inform the business you’re, to give them the tip so they can avoid this going forward the conversation went through one ear & out the other, which sucks because my corporate job likes to order from the... read more
