We came in without an appointment but were seen very quickly by Lulu. I wanted to try on the Possession band after seeing it online—it fidgets! Lulu was incredibly patient and helped me try on different styles and sizes. We ended up buying the white gold version with full circle diamond in the middle, and everyone loved it when they saw it.
