Came here for our wedding bands. Excellent service from Arsalane who is very friendly and knowledgeable! Despite it was our first time shopping here, he offered us water and chocolates - this has never happened as a new customer in other stores such as Cartier or Tiffany Etc and it made us feel valued. Arsalane also patiently showed us each piece & explained every details about warranty, delivery and engraving process. The security guy was also very friendly and respectful to us.
