Not the best customer service at this Yorkdale location sadly.
Came here for our wedding bands. Excellent service from Arsalane who is very friendly and knowledgeable! Despite it was our first time shopping here, he offered us water and chocolates - this has never happened as a new customer in other stores such as Cartier or Tiffany Etc and it made us feel valued. Arsalane also patiently showed us each piece & explained every details about warranty, delivery and engraving process. The security guy was also very friendly and respectful to us. You know exactly the reason why I left one star. Just fire him .
Big fan of the brand, but very shocked to see the comments made by Boutique director Abdullah Kaddoura against the Jewish community. As a Swiss company you should not tolerate such statements by one of your employees.
