Todd was very warm, friendly and professional both times I visited the store. He expressed sincere sympathy and even held my hand after I told him the background concerning my watch. He also provided places to expand and appraise my watch - non relevant to this store. I highly recommend this Piaget boutique and Todd.
Very elegant design. Love the bracelets. But the store charged us twice and couldn't produce a receipt on the same day... That was not the most professional services one would expect from a Piaget branch.
