This business is a joke!! Booked my appointment 5 days in advance because I wanted a hair cut before Christmas. Walked past the salon yesterday and popped in to confirm my 1pm appointment, I was told they couldn't see my name but come at 1:30pm because there was a man's names at 1:30pm (wasn't my name). I was early and went in at 1:10pm today to be told my appointment was 12pm (not my original time which I was told 1pm 5 days earlier) so I was told sorry cant help you. I was ropeable!! Amazing haircuts
My nephew went in to get a hair cut and came out almost looking the same but with the back and sides cut but still with the top still looking uncut. The hairdresser didn't even ask him what he wanted.
