I was traveling through Geraldton and tried my luck for a walk-in appointment. While I initially scheduled a time later that day, I was impressed when I got a call only 15 minutes later saying they had a cancellation and could take me earlier! I hadn't had a proper cut in a long time, so I really needed a great one. Paul was fantastic; he listened carefully to exactly what I wanted and delivered a truly excellent result. I'm absolutely delighted and would highly recommend him and the salon!

This business is a joke!! Booked my appointment 5 days in advance because I wanted a hair cut before Christmas. Walked past the salon yesterday and popped in to confirm my 1pm appointment, I was told they couldn't see my name but come at 1:30pm because there was a man's names at 1:30pm (wasn't my name). I was early and went in at 1:10pm today to be told my appointment was 12pm (not my original time which I was told 1pm 5 days earlier) so I was told sorry cant help you. I was ropeable!!
