Jack is the best!!
I really like this place and wish it was closer to home. Good food and the staff is always so friendly. Only thing I don’t like is they changed the name of their Mediterranean to Veggie. It always makes me feel guilty to add chicken. 😄
Not a good option of you only have a 30 minute lunch break, even with online ordering on their personal website. They appear to prioritize 3rd party ordering. I made an online order, that had a completion time of 40 minutes later. I got there on time, and had to waited 20 more minutes past. Was late clocking back in from lunch. Had to ask twice, and was informed it would be done "soon". Not sure if the cashier thought I was a delivery driver and was being pushy, but I was going to be late. Normally I'd rate a 5 all around. But this time there was a bone in my grilled chicken. That was disappointing and unexpected.
