EDIT: i was told that someone would contact me regarding this, but that was 2 weeks ago & i’ve heard nothing. i definitely feel cheated & then lied to I just tried Piada for the first time today after it was recommended by friends and am very disappointed. I ordered a larger Diavolo Pasta and the container was less than half full when I opened it after my order was picked up.
RecommendedDuring a recent visit on December 22 purchased a gift card for giving and realized we didn’t receive our personal ‘get’ gift card. When followed up with cashier and manager/chef, they were both very gracious and helpful as we figured out the misunderstanding of the program and the even more so and patient as we got app to get the ‘get’ $25 gift card added. Would like to give a shout out to great customer service!

Food is ALWAYS good, friendly staff, clean place, and I have been to EVERY location in Columbus!
It was my first time the other day and it was very good. I would prefer the veg to be hot. Cold brocel is kinda gross😊
Ordered online AND PAID at 11 for food to be ready at 12:00 so I didn't have to wait in the long line. Stood at the counter and watched the whole line clear while I waited until 12:30 for my cold food. Not to mention the cashier was rude and I felt ignored. So disappointed. Never again.
Despite there usually being some confusion on the line, AND the fact that they WAY more vegetarian options, the management staff is so nice, friendly and accommodating that o can overlook the less than perfect other stuff. A mistake was made with my to go order, I called to just let them know, but I know accidents happen. When I returned the next time, without hesitation they more than made up for their error. I always leave full and happy from this location and I have for years!
