I don't get the big hoopla over Piada. The only reason why I go is for the Piada sticks. Everything else is kind of tasteless--I like pasta cooked in sauce, not a ladled on sauce; it doesn't pick up the flavors as well.
The only thing that could make this even better is wine...but then, there is always takeout!
