I understand you might be busy yet, it’s proper courtesy to ask your customer to hold instead of just placing them on hold. Good pizza though but I’m tired of the lack of customer service.

There is a message on our hold that comes on after a 5-10 second delay. Only reason you would be put directly on hold is because we are on the other lines
Called 4 times tonight to place a huge order and there was no answer .
Today we ordered pizza for pick up when picked up received a receipt with a 15% service charge. When I asked about the charge the gentleman told me it was for toppings. Seems odd, so i asked to speak to manager who also stated that it was for toppings. I asked if it had been annotated anywhere, in a very rude manager/waitress told me no and they are unable to make a new menu and that they are locked out of their website. Love Piace Pizza! Love their pizza and sandwiches! My go to for vegetarian pizza and love their salads too! Such a cute and quaint place! Take all my out of town guests there.
Oh my gosh this pizza is the real deal! I grew up outside of New York City so I know pizza! And boy have I missed it in the Lowcountry! The crust is super thin and the ingredients are fantastic! This is my new favorite pizza place!
Tonight was our first time and it was amazing!
Have been here twice, first time the server was not the best, horrible table manners and talking crap about another customer to us. The food was ok but not the best and not worth the price. we thought she was just having an off night the first time so tonight we gave them another try, same girl doing curbside and once again VERY rude. and the food this time we arent even able to eat. stromboli is soggy and not cooked thoroughly and the pizza is so greasy the crust is basically mush!
