My HVAC system started making unusual noises, so I scheduled a blower cleaning. The experts disassembled the blower assembly, carefully cleaning away layers of dust and dirt that were creating inefficiency. They also oiled the motor and ensured that everything ran smoothly. Their lengthy process restored ideal airflow, and my HVAC system is now noticeably quieter and more efficient. Completed nicely and impressive too!

Our washer was producing an unusual rattling noise. Oscar inspected the dryer vent and discovered a loose component. He also checked our air duct system, which we had cleaned. The rumbling is gone, and the air seems fresher. He was really helpful.

I had no idea that unclean air ducts may actually raise my energy costs and force my HVAC system to work harder. I discovered that my system was having trouble because of all the accumulation once I eventually had an examination. In addition to improving the quality of my air, installing a UV lamp also increased the efficiency of my HVAC system. Even my electricity bill has decreased!

Called Piña HVAC Cleaners earlier today. Kim was, as always outstanding in her communication and messaging. Mark called to say he was on his way. Arrived earlier than expected. Checked our unit and shared the “bad” news regarding our problem. Over the past 6 years I have learned to trust him. He says what needs to be said even when it’s tough to say. Kim is to respond as soon as possible with an estimate for repairs. Thank you Mark and Dream Air Duct. I would not have anyone else service our 9 systems here at the church.

I was having musty odors in my home, and no matter how often I cleaned, they persisted. After some study, I concluded the problem could be with my HVAC system. I planned a thorough HVAC cleaning and sanitization, which was the finest decision. They discovered mold growing inside the ducts, which explained the continuous odor. After the cleaning, the house smelt completely fresh, and I haven't had any allergy symptoms since.
