Had a wonderful experience with customer support today. My order wouldn’t go through online so I called (preparing for someone rude and ill tempered), although I was confronted with a pleasant and very helpful lady. I’m happy there’s a place for all my plant tissue culture needs and I hope this company is as forward thinking with their pay to their employees as much as they seem to support the American dream.
