The staff here is top Notch. I would have to list everyone tha works there name down. (Bad memory on names) but given that, there was never a single person that was not there to really help you and show you how to do certain tasks there. The staff is beyond friendly from Bella upfront on the computer to the girls in the workout room. They always kept a smile on my face when PT is always super fun. After a major car accident I tried calling the Sarasota office Numerous times. All I got each time was a recording to leave a message, which I did in detail. I never got a call back. On my 5th attempt someone finally answered & blamed it on the phone lines. I booked a CONSULT ONLY, it was suggested I get MRI on 3 different areas but when I called to book that the facility only had 1 area listed.
