I was in a MVA this past year. I wasn't in any pain for weeks after. So I was not seen within the two weeks for coverage. But PhysMed, Dr. Heck took me for treatment and worked with my lawyer. I recommend them to everyone. The staff is exceptional! Everyone is knowledgeable in their roles. Dr. Heck explained everything that they were doing and reviewed and modified treatment plan every few weeks. They are truly caring and professional.
I have never met such caring and compassionate people as Dr. Heck and his crew~!!! I have previous injuries where I am used to dealing with pain, but I had an automobile accident, and I have never felt the pain that I am feeling now. They’re caring enough to let me take my time to work at my speed and they care about me. I can tell by the way they work with me. Because of them I will work hard to improve.
Dr. Heck and his staff are the best. They were so caring and very helpful in reducing my pain.
