I've been going to Lancaster Physiq for 5 months and Steven has been my trainer from the start. If you go to the gym and don't have a plan you can waste alot of time and risk injuries. Get a qualified trainer, Steven is his name, and get on a program that works your whole body. He's the best and you won't regret a minute of it. Scott.
