I love Physiq! The classes and instructors are fabulous. Good instructors can be a major factor to keep someone motivated and coming back. I moved, and already miss coming to this gym!
Physiq is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is always positive and motivating, and the instructors are not only knowledgeable but genuinely passionate about what they do. Highly recommend!
