It’s really sad that even if you’re homeless they don’t care, even when you tried to communicate you lost your job and home, they’ve continued to bill me and have sent it off to collections, further hurting me financially. Imagine going through something like that and a company is so greedy they don’t care what you’ve gone through. As if I borrowed something from them, when I did not.
