All staff at physiotherapy lll were kind, gentle and knowledgeable. They prepare and make you feel comfortable with your treatment. Also it's a very nice facility.

I am doing exercises to strengthen tendons in my legs and core. The first instructions were easy to endure but with the second instructions I developed pain in my foot and core area. I may have been too enthusiastic with the second set of exercises.
