I am in Owen Sound for the holidays and have been dealing with a back problem. My doctor recommended physiotherapy, so I went to a clinic today. Unfortunately, the receptionist was very rude. She said, “I can’t understand you, you have a very strong accent.” First time someone said this thing to me…… I tried to help by asking if she was French so she could understand better, but she said no.
