My recent experience at your office was excellent. Kathy does a great job cleaning my teeth and takes extra care as she is familiar with my mouth. Due to a medical problem I could not finish my appointment with Dr Tam to have a filing done. Your staff was so nice in helping me leave as I needed a breathing treatment. They are the greatest!! ! !
Sherrie is an excellent hygienist. She cleaned my teeth with gentleness and expertise. At previous dentists, I would come home with a painful mouth.
I have never had a dentist, Dr. E. Vargas was the dentist, come in while the hygienist was cleaning my teeth, the hygienist stopped cleaning my teeth for the dentist to complete an oral examination. It was disruptive and rude for Dr. E. Vargas to interrupt my cleaning in this manner. After Dr. E. Vargas, completed the oral examination, and recommended treatment, he just walked out, no salutation, good-bye, or have a nice day. Following Dr. E. I am sorry you had this experience. We strive to make give the best care to all of our patients and will look into this for you. Normally the hygienist send the doctors an instant message letting the doctors know when a good time to come in is. Sometimes they will message the doctors to “come any time” which may have them coming in to see you during the cleaning.
My experience was excellent, this was only my second visit but I look forward to doing business with you guys. They staff here are very professional and very polite.

I had a great experience at the office of Dr. VARGAS. The hygienist (Sheena?) was just simply superb. She is not only very professional but was a wealth of knowledge. She explained every component of what she was doing. Your office is very fortunate to have her on your team.
