My experience was fantastic, as usual.
The front office staff is very friendly and helpful and I am seen promptly every time. The dental staff is also quite friendly and knowledgeable.
I had a very bad abscess in the rear left molar. I know the dentist truely did the best he could do but, I feel the Novocain should have had more time to work before the extraction was done. I was told there would be a lot of pressure but, the pain that followed it was extreme! The staff is very friendly and "comforted" me through the procedure. I have very slight discomfort now. Ibuprofen 800 and ice pack work well to ease the discomfort : ) I was even given a follow up call about three hours later to see how I was...which ... read more
