For someone who has terrible dental trauma from my previous dentist, my visit was very pleasant and comfortable. Thank you to Dr. Deckerd, Sherrie and all the staff.
The experience I received from visiting Dr Gonzalez & Associates amazed me. My level of expectation regarding client service is rather high and details are important to me. I left a message on Friday afternoon, I received a return call on Monday, was able to make an appointment for a consult on Tuesday morning and I was even able to have my need taken care of that very same day. And to add I'm a brand new patient!
Always an excellent and pleasant experience with the dentist and assistant. Not so much for the receptionist.
