All the staff from Dr. Gonzalez on are a great group of people. They are all professionals and have a true "caring" of their patients.
Professionalism starts with scheduling--you are taken promptly for your appointment without long waits. The staff are always both highly competent and friendly.
I have appreciated the professionalism and relaxed atmosphere. It's hard to have that combination!

I had a somewhat emergency situation and you were able to see me quickly and take care of the problem.
I was quite impressed that when I arrived a little early for my appointment, that they were already waiting for me and I hadn't even signed in yet before I was promptly escorted back to the chair. Getting a filling is never fun, but Dr. Gonzalez and her assistant made me laugh the whole way through - we all were giggling. The only complaint I have is that there is nothing to look at on the walls of each room (other than staring outside) - need some pictures or something of interest.
I have recruited my whole family to be part of Dr. Gonzalez & Associates. The friendly office staff always provides the best customer service and never keeps you waited for your appointments. Keep up the good work!
From the moment you entered the office you get a really nice feelings that made you feel comfortable once you hit the dental chair. Overall the entire stafe was just great.
