The wait time was a bit long but acceptable because of the busyness of the oral surgeons.

I enjoyed my visit, everyone was courteous and that's what I am use to. i have been visiting the office for more than 5 years and each time I have an appointment I am pleased.
The links on your web page are not functioning. In the meantime I was scheduled and had some bonding done. At no time did anyone explain to me the purpose or the process. The bill was for close to 1,000. and I'm scheduled to have a 2nd appointment for the same procedure. I'm not even sure why I'm getting this done. I'm glad I have insurance but wonder if it is even necessary. That was not explained to me either.
I experienced the warmth and professionalism that as a customer I am always seeking. It started with my first desperate call and securing an emergency appointment within 24 hrs. The staff was compassionate, professional and very knowledge. With an professional staff that great, I knew that Dr. Gonzales would be the same. I wasn't disappointed. All of my needs were met very promptly
You can characterize me as being very fearful of going to the dentist. I would skip the dentist for years. Surpringly, I had the best dental exam. The visit also showed me the importance of taking better care of my teeth AND gums. For years I was relaxed and not to serious about flossing or worried about gum issues. Now I see the importance and I'm very glad I went. The office is lovely and so is the staff. Best dentist office I've ever visited.
I have never been to a dentist office where thet staff is so friendly and accomadating. I throughly enjoy going there.
