I suffered significant trauma from a motorcycle accident (multiple broken ribs and a spinal compression fracture) and was referred to Al Rubin’s during my recovery. Working with Al I have had an unbelievable recovery, getting back to doing everything in my everyday life including sporting endeavours. I can’t thank him enough for coaching me through it, both mentally and physically rebuilding confidence and strength in my body. Thankyou Al.

In my mid-60’s I had been suffering with a very painful ankle Tendinopathy and feeling pretty helpless and without hope, as it seemed my only option was ankle reconstructive surgery. Saw Nicola this morning for neck pain that I’ve been having the past two weeks. Didn’t have to wait more than two minutes before she was out to get me from the waiting room. She listened attentively and asked what I would like to get out of our session. I said a little bit of pain management would be great.
