Navdeep is an awesome pelvic physiotherapist and is very good at explaining each step. She understands our concerns and works with us that is comfortable. We must do the exercises to see great results. I am definitely seeing positive results with my diastistis recti and incontinence which was my major concern. I would highly recommend her for pelvic floor strengthening.
I had a great experience at this place. I went in with a lot of pain and to figure out the main cause of my issue. Navdeep not only did the right diagnosis for my back pain but also helped me to get relief through her treatments.
Had a great experience with Nav. She was very patient, sweet, and friendly, which made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to explain everything clearly and tailored the treatment to my needs. I’ve already noticed improvement and would highly recommend her.
I love there service . Prajakta is awesome.. I have few sessions with her during my pregnancy...Navdeep and Prajakta both are so good. Lately, i have really bad shoulder pain. Both help me . I definitely recommend them .......
