Great experience overall! The entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Curtis M. truly stood out — he was very helpful, informative, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He assisted with my TMJ issues and made me feel much better by the end of my visit. Curtis is a real asset to the team and honestly deserves a raise. Highly recommend!
I can't really express how thankful I am to Kelsey and Mike for their tag team efforts. To be able to walk, exercise or even get a good nights sleep for the first time in probably 16 months and not be in agony, is just amazing! This was my 3rd round of therapy for my lower back issue, and I can honestly say this was the most effective. I noticed it 2 days in. I would highly recommend PhysioPoint in Crown Point and their staff. Nate and Curtis are great to work with are very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a great experience and would return if therapy was required in the future.
