On 6/18/24 I called to schedule an appointment to transfer my care from my PCP to them as my PCP no longer with the company I went to. I spoke with a lady and she said they do accept patient to transfer a care. I wanted to schedule an appointment for July 9 as my last APF appointment was back on 6/10. She supposedly scheduled it and I marked it on my calendar. I also ask to schedule massage therapy as well as I got authorization for 6 visits.
