I love this gym! For a long time, I struggled to stay consistent on my own. Working out felt so boring and unmotivating, and I just couldn't find my rhythm. But the group classes here made a total difference, they make working out fun and actually give me a reason to show up. I love the structure: they target different muscle groups on different days, but the workouts are never the same, so you never get bored. The trainers are top notch! I struggled with sticking with a workout routine for years & coming here has boosted my confidence significantly & created an environment for me that I can't wait to come to each day.
