I like PhysioFit a lot as the instructors and practitioners have helped me regain confidence in my body and strength. I also appreciate the variety of offerings, including physical therapy and Pilates to name a few. Thanks from a happy stronger client.

I have taken Pilates/Gyrotonic/Gyrokinesis lessons/classeswith Alexis. I found Alexis during Covid and she was happy to teach me Gyrokinesis lessons via Zoom even though I was the only one to come to her class. (Gyrokinesis uses rhythmic, flowing and circular movements.) I love Alexis! She is so positive and if you can't get a move the first time, she'll break it down and help you be successful. I can't say enough how wonderful it is to work with all the wonderful people at PhysioFit. Shalini has been my and my daughter's therapist, and working with her has been truly transformative for us both. My husband has recently started working with Sydney, and she is also really top notch. I'm so glad I found this place, and I hope that anyone who reads this has a similar experience!
